Raman Bands of Malto‐ and Isomalto‐Oligosaccharides as Models for Starch

The present study measured Raman spectra of malto‐ and isomalto‐oligosaccharides with various degree of polymerization as models for starch. The data suggest that malto‐oligosaccharides with degree of polymerization ≥ 5 exhibit Raman bands similar to those of starch.

NiCo2O4−PMA With Subnanoscale Dual‐Domain Sites Enables Near‐Unity Acetate Selectivity in Photoelectrochemical Methane Oxidative Coupling

This study addresses the challenge of low selectivity in methane partial oxidation to higher‐value C2‐oxygenates by designing a subnanoscale dual‐domain catalyst via cluster–nuclei co‐assembly. Structural characterizations confirm that NiCo−PMA SNSs feature a ∼1.2‐nm‐thick periodic (−PMAs−NiCo−)n heterostructure.
