Aptamers are used both therapeutically and as targeting agents in cancer treatment. We developed an aptamer‐targeted PLGA–TRAIL nanosystem that exhibited superior therapeutic efficacy in NOD/SCID breast cancer models. This nanosystem represents a novel biotechnological drug candidate for suppressing resistance development in breast cancer.

Some totally modular cordial graphs

Two new labellings, total magic cordial and total sequential cordial labellings are defined. These are weaker version of magic and simply sequential labellings, respectively. The new requirement for labels is based on modulo 2 arithmetic. Several classes of graphs are studied.

Circular RNA expression landscapes in myelodysplastic neoplasms: Associations with mutational signatures and disease progression
