Surface‐Strained NiMo Cathodes Enable Kinetics‐Decoupled Hydrogen Bubble Management for Stable Near‐Neutral Water Electrolysis

open access: yesAdvanced Energy Materials, EarlyView.
Surface strain tunes the NiMo/electrolyte interface without altering intrinsic hydrogen evolution reaction (HER) kinetics. The strained surface exhibits a lower effective bubble‐detachment tendency and faster release of smaller H2 bubbles, sustaining a more accessible catalytic interface in near‐neutral electrolyte. Reduced bubble‐induced transport and

Hybrid Two‐Step Inkjet Printing and Dip‐Coating Enable Scalable 30%‐Efficient Perovskite/Silicon Tandem Solar Cells

open access: yesAdvanced Energy Materials, EarlyView.
Adopting a scalable hybrid two‐step deposition process route, textured perovskite/silicon tandem solar cells achieve over 30% power‐conversion efficiency. The process route replaces all non‐scalable spin‐coating steps, including organic precursor deposition, self‐assembled monolayer formation, and passivation layer deposition, with scalable techniques ...

Application of the IMM-JPDA filter to multiple target tracking in total internal reflection fluorescence microscopy images

open access: yes, 2016
We propose a multi-target tracking method using an Interacting Multiple Model Joint Probabilistic Data Association (IMM-JPDA) filter for tracking vesicles in total internal reflection fluorescence microscopy (TIRFM) sequences.

Site Density Governs Switching Reactivity Regimes During Aerobic C─H Oxidation in Mn Single‐Atom Photocatalysts

open access: yesAngewandte Chemie International Edition, EarlyView.
Increasing the density of isolated manganese (Mn) atoms in carbon nitride (CNx) photocatalysts does not continuously improve performance. Instead, beyond a critical loading, the polymer support reorganizes, altering charge‐carrier dynamics and oxygen activation while preserving atomic dispersion.
