Autonomous linear lossless systems
We define a lossless autonomous system as one having a quadratic differential form associated with it called an energy function, which is positive and which is conserved.

Dimethyl fumarate (DMF) reduces growth of HPV‐positive cervical cancer spheroids and induces ferroptosis in cervical cancer cells via blocking SLC7A11/Glutathione (GSH) axis. Combination of subcytotoxic doses of DMF and cisplatin (CDDP) further suppresses spheroid growth and drives cell death in 2D culture models.

Tumors contain diverse cellular states whose behavior is shaped by context‐dependent gene coordination. By comparing gene–gene relationships across biological contexts, we identify adaptive transcriptional modules that reorganize into distinct vulnerability axes.

KP solitons, total positivity, and cluster algebras
Soliton solutions of the KP equation have been studied since 1970, when Kadomtsev and Petviashvili [Kadomtsev BB, Petviashvili VI (1970) Sov Phys Dokl 15:539–541] proposed a two-dimensional nonlinear dispersive wave ...

Contributing factors of health-related preventive behaviors among resident aliens in China
BackgroundThe Belt and Road Initiative is promoting the growth of the cross-border population, and there is still a lack of study on modifiable factors associated with health-related preventive behaviors among resident aliens in China.

COMP–PMEPA1 axis promotes epithelial‐to‐mesenchymal transition in breast cancer cells
This study reveals that cartilage oligomeric matrix protein (COMP) promotes epithelial‐to‐mesenchymal transition (EMT) in breast cancer. We identify PMEPA1 (protein TMEPAI) as a novel COMP‐binding partner that mediates EMT via binding to the TSP domains of COMP, establishing the COMP–PMEPA1 axis as a key EMT driver in breast cancer.

Total positivity order and the normal distribution
Unlike the usual stochastic order, total positivity order is closed under conditioning. Here we provide a general formulation of the preservation properties of the order under conditioning; we study certain properties of the order including translation ...

Total positivity in multivariate extremes
Positive dependence is present in many real world data sets and has appealing stochastic properties that can be exploited in statistical modeling and in estimation. In particular, the notion of multivariate total positivity of order 2 ($\text{MTP}_2$) is

Pre‐analytical handling critically determines liquid biopsy performance. This study defines practical best‐practice conditions for cell‐free DNA (cfDNA) and extracellular vesicle–derived DNA (evDNA), showing how processing time, storage conditions, tube type, and plasma input volume affect DNA integrity and mutation detection.
