IGFBP4 knockdown (KD) impairs preadipocyte proliferation and is associated with IGF1R protein downregulation and attenuated AKT phosphorylation. The mechanisms by which IGFBP4 KD influences the IGF1R/AKT signaling pathway involve newly synthesized proteins and lysosomal degradation pathways. Created in BioRender.

Totally expanding multiplicative systems
A single-matrix multiplicative system consists of an N×N nonnegative matrix Q and an N×1 semi-positive vector x(0). This system is said to be totally expanding if each entry of the sequence {Qnx(0)}n=0,1,… is unbounded.

MagmaFlow: A desktop platform for artificial intelligence‐driven expression analysis
MagmaFlow is a free, no‐code platform for gene expression analysis. It generates interactive volcano plots, links genes to literature, pathways, and diseases, prioritizes candidates using millions of publications, identifies affected biological processes, builds network diagrams, and exports publication‐ready figures and reports for macOS and Windows ...

CX3CL1 in Early Detection of Alzheimer's Disease: Plasma Dynamics Across Age and Disease Stages
ABSTRACT Backgrounds Alzheimer's disease (AD) is characterized by amyloid‐beta plaques, tau tangles, and neuroinflammation. C‐X3‐C motif chemokine ligand 1 (CX3CL1, also known as fractalkine), a neuroimmune chemokine implicated in AD pathogenesis, shows inconsistent alterations in plasma/serum across studies.

ABSTRACT Background and Objectives Multiple sclerosis (MS) exhibits racially disparate rates of disease progression. Black people with MS (B‐PwMS) experience a more severe disease course than non‐Hispanic White people with MS (NHW‐PwMS). Here we investigated structural and functional connectivity as well as structure–function decoupling in the ...

Invariance of Total Positivity of a Matrix under Entry-wise Perturbation and Completion Problems
A totally positive matrix is a matrix having all its minors positive. The largest amount by which the single entries of such a matrix can be perturbed without losing the property of total positivity is given. Also some completion problems for totally positive matrices are investigated.

Some extremal problems for strictly totally positive matrices
For a strictly totally positive M × N matrix A we show that the ratio ∥Ax∥p∥x∥p has exactly R = min{ M, N} nonzero critical values for each fixed p ϵ (1, ∞). Letting λi denote the ith critical value, and xi an associated critical vector, we show that λ1 >

ABSTRACT Objective To explore how cerebral hypoxia and Normal‐Appearing White Matter (NAWM) integrity affect MS lesion burden and clinical course. Methods Seventy‐nine MS patients, including 13 clinically isolated syndrome (CIS) patients and 66 relapsing–remitting multiple sclerosis (RRMS) patients, and 44 healthy controls (HCs) were recruited from ...
