Abstract 2404: Role of TPD52L2 in cell migration and triple negative breast cancer progression

Cancer Research, 2022
Abstract The Golgi apparatus plays an important role in cell migration and the establishment of epithelial polarity. A dispersed (or fragmented) Golgi ribbon is often seen in stressed cells and in various pathologies, including neurodegeneration or cancer, but whether and how a fragmented Golgi apparatus affect cellular function is ...

hABCF3, a TPD52L2 interacting partner, enhances the proliferation of human liver cancer cell lines in vitro

Molecular Biology Reports, 2013
In the present study, we characterized an evolutionarily conserved non-transmembrane ATP-binding cassette protein: hABCF3. Subcellular immunofluorescence staining demonstrated that hABCF3 localizes preferentially in cytoplasm, unlike its paralog protein hABCF1, which localizes in both cytoplasm and nucleus.

CORRELATION BETWEEN TPD52L2 EXPRESSION AND RISKS OF RECURRENCE AND METASTASIS IN PROSTATE CANCER

Acta Medica Mediterranea, 2019

Objective: To study the correlation between TPD52L2 expression and risks of recurrence and metastasis in patients with prostate cancer.

Methods: A total of 150 prostate cancer patients underwent a TPD52L2 gene test and were divided into two groups according to the test findings: the negative (n=35) and positive groups (
