TQM Implementation

A self‐assessment of TQM applications at Super‐conducting Super Collider Laboratory in Dallas, Texas, USA. This was conducted using Thomas Gilbert′s model for asking the requisite questions, from September 1991‐93. Shows that although many TQM applications fail, some are successful. Reviews what fostered success and what improvements are needed.

With total quality management, physicians and nurses have the framework to accurately assess the organizational climate of their CCU. A study asks nurses to identify organizational components in their CCU.
