A knowledge-based prognostics framework for railway track geometry degradation [PDF]
This paper proposes a paradigm shift to the problem of infrastructure asset management modelling by focusing towards forecasting the future condition of the assets instead of using empirical modelling approaches based on historical data.

Vector tracking loop design for degraded signal environment [PDF]
This paper presents vector tracking algorithm for tracking the pseudorandom code of satellite navigation signals, which is suitable for degraded signal environment. The benefits of the vector tracking in comparison of scalar tracking are also explained. This vector tracking algorithm is based on the discriminator function.

Track-quality index and degradation of railway track structure: The construction track doubling project of northeast line from thanon chira junction to khon kaen station, Thailand [PDF]
In the past, the railway network has not been developed, and new construction added has been mostly degraded caused by long useful life, and lack of maintenance due to a budget constraint.

Prediction Models for Railway Track Geometry Degradation Using Machine Learning Methods: A Review
Keeping railway tracks in good operational condition is one of the most important tasks for railway owners. As a result, railway companies have to conduct track inspections periodically, which is costly and time-consuming. Due to the rapid development in
