Our application of command and control is the Aegis Combat System. Major components of this system include missile guidance and missile tracking. To look further into some of the aspects of these systems, an extremely simplified model of the Aegis Combat System will be designed.

Vehicle detection and tracking in video [PDF]
We present a scheme for vehicle detection and tracking in video. The proposed method effectively combines statistical knowledge about the class of vehicles with motion information. The unknown distribution of the image patterns of vehicles is approximately modeled using higher-order statistical information derived from sample images.
