Tumor‐Intrinsic ARHGEF3 Enhances Antitumor Immunity by Promoting T‐Cell Infiltration and Limiting Myeloid Cell‐Mediated Immunosuppression

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
ARHGEF3 is broadly downregulated across human cancers and correlates with patient prognosis. Tumor‐intrinsic ARHGEF3 activates the RHOA–ROCK–PTEN cascade to inhibit AKT signaling, thereby promoting chemokine‐driven T‐cell infiltration and relieving lipid‐mediated myeloid immunosuppression.

When the East Meets the West: the Future of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the 21st Century

open access: yes康复学报, 2016
Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) has a history of thousands of years, is a very valuable treasure left by our ancestors, and there are many things which are worth our in-depth mining. But in the past hundreds of years, with the Western medicine came to

SChLAP1 contributes to non-small cell lung cancer cell progression and immune evasion through regulating the AUF1/PD-L1 axis

open access: yesAutoimmunity, 2021
SChLAP1 is recently reported as a key oncogenic long non-coding RNA in human cancer. However, whether SChLAP1 functions in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) and its specific potential regulatory mechanism remain unexplored.

Eco‐Geography Reverses Dominant AMR Reservoirs in Klebsiella pneumoniae: Integron‐Rich Mobilomes and Cross‐Niche Connectivity

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Dominant antimicrobial resistance reservoirs in Klebsiella pneumoniae vary across eco‐geographic settings rather than following a universal pattern. Integrated One Health and global genomic analyses show that lineage structure, integron load, and cross‐niche connectivity shape whether AMR burden accumulates primarily in human or nonhuman compartments ...

TCM-Grid: Weaving a Medical Grid for Traditional Chinese Medicine [PDF]

open access: yes, 2003
We present a TCM-Grid for Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). The purpose of the TCM-Grid is to aid the development of distributed systems that help health professionals, researchers, enterprizes and personal users to retrieve, integrate and share TCM information and knowledge from geographically decentralized TCM database resources and knowledge base ...

Engineered Carbon Dots from a Traditional Herb Pair Orchestrate Concurrent Antioxidant and AP‐1‐Mediated Inflammation to Attenuate Renal Ischemia‐Reperfusion Injury

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
This study integrates two complementary traditional Chinese medicine components as precursors to synthesize bioactive AM‐AS@CDs. Compared with single‐component CDs, these dual‐component CDs exhibit enhanced antioxidant capacity and superior renoprotective effects.

Mechanism‐Informed Machine Learning Enables Discovery of Oncolytic Peptides for Cancer Immunotherapy

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
MISPOP integrates ensemble learning with membrane‐active physicochemical priors to identify Dermaseptin‐S9, a natural oncolytic peptide that disrupts tumor membranes, triggers immunogenic cell death, and shows strong antitumor activity. The study illustrates a mechanism‐informed route from peptide sequence data to cancer immunotherapy leads.
