Network divergence analysis identifies adaptive gene modules and two orthogonal vulnerability axes in pancreatic cancer

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Tumors contain diverse cellular states whose behavior is shaped by context‐dependent gene coordination. By comparing gene–gene relationships across biological contexts, we identify adaptive transcriptional modules that reorganize into distinct vulnerability axes.

Short-Term 4D Trajectory Prediction for UAV Based on Spatio-Temporal Trajectory Clustering

open access: yesIEEE Access, 2022
To improve the trajectory prediction accuracy of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) with random behavior intentions, this paper presents a short-term four-dimensional (4D) trajectory prediction method based on spatio-temporal trajectory clustering. A spatio-

Trajectory clustering with mixtures of regression models [PDF]

open access: yesProceedings of the fifth ACM SIGKDD international conference on Knowledge discovery and data mining, 1999
In this paper we address the problem of clustering trajectories, namely sets of short sequences of data measured as a function of a dependent variable such as time. Examples include storm path trajectories, longitudinal data such as drug therapy response, functional expression data in computational biology, and movements of objects or individuals in ...

EDNRB‐dependent endothelin signaling reduces proliferation and promotes proneural‐to‐mesenchymal transition in gliomas

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Glioma cells mainly express the endothelin receptor EDNRB, while EDNRA is restricted to a perivascular tumor subpopulation. Endothelin signaling reduces glioma cell proliferation while promoting migration and a proneural‐to‐mesenchymal transition associated with poor prognosis. This pathway activates Ca2+, K+, ERK, and STAT3 signalings and is regulated

A Novel Method for Vessel Trajectory Clustering Based on Three-Dimensional Triangulation Division Algorithm

open access: yesIEEE Access
Automatic identification system (AIS) performs vital functions in vessel collision avoidance and maritime security. The large-scale vessel trajectory data recorded by AIS has been facilitating vessel trajectory pattern mining, of which vessel trajectory ...

CD47 promotes mitogen‐activated protein kinase and epithelial‐to‐mesenchymal transition molecular programs to drive prometastatic phenotypes in non‐small cell lung cancer

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Beyond its role in immune evasion, this study identified that CD47 drives tumor‐intrinsic signaling in non‐small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Transcriptomic profiling and functional studies revealed that CD47 regulates cell adhesion, migration, and metastasis through an ERK–EMT signaling axis.

Online Real-Time Trajectory Analysis Based on Adaptive Time Interval Clustering Algorithm

open access: yesBig Data Mining and Analytics, 2020
With the development of Chinese international trade, real-time processing systems based on ship trajectory have been used to cluster trajectory in real-time, so that the hot zone information of a sea ship can be discovered in real-time.

Trajectory Clustering and an Application to Airspace Monitoring [PDF]

open access: yesIEEE Transactions on Intelligent Transportation Systems, 2011
This paper presents a framework aimed at monitoring the behavior of aircraft in a given airspace. Nominal trajectories are determined and learned using data driven methods. Standard procedures are used by air traffic controllers (ATC) to guide aircraft, ensure the safety of the airspace, and to maximize the runway occupancy.
