Random Drift Modeling and Compensation for MEMS-Based Gyroscopes and Its Application in Handwriting Trajectory Reconstruction

open access: yesIEEE Access, 2019
Microelectromechanical system (MEMS)-based gyroscopes have been widely applied to various inertial-sensing-based human-computer interaction (HCI) devices. However, the random drift of MEMS-based gyroscopes limits their applications.

Cognitive and Neuroimaging Divergence Between Juvenile and Adult FUS Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis

open access: yesAnnals of Clinical and Translational Neurology, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Objective Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS) is a neurodegenerative disorder characterized by progressive motor neuron degeneration. Fused in sarcoma (FUS)‐associated juvenile ALS (jALS) represents a distinct and aggressive subgroup with rapid deterioration and poor prognosis.

Observer‐Based Adaptive Event‐Triggered Tracking Control for Fuzzy TS Systems With Premise Mismatch

open access: yesInternational Journal of Adaptive Control and Signal Processing, EarlyView.
This paper presents an adaptive logistic event‐triggered observer‐based tracking controller for Takagi‐Sugeno fuzzy systems under constrained inputs and network delays. Leveraging a hybrid LMI and Secretary Bird Optimization approach, this strategy significantly minimizes communication overhead and computational burden while ensuring optimal reference ...

A Deep Learning Approach for Aircraft Trajectory Prediction in Terminal Airspace

open access: yesIEEE Access, 2020
Current state-of-the-art trajectory methods do not perform well in the terminal airspace that surrounds an airport due to its complex airspace structure and the frequently changing flight postures of aircraft. Since an aircraft that takes off or lands in

Microstructure Reconstruction in Battery Electrodes Using Machine Learning Based on Low‐Voltage Focused Ion Beam–Scanning Electron Microscopy Tomography Images

open access: yesAdvanced Engineering Materials, EarlyView.
Low‐voltage FIB‐SEM tomography combined with a image preprocessing pipeline improves phase contrast and enables reliable machine‐learning segmentation of conductive networks in lithium‐ion battery electrodes. Structural descriptors are extracted from segmented images, done semimanually and automated, and compared.

Rosette Trajectory MRI Reconstruction With Vision Transformers

open access: yesTomography
An efficient pipeline for Rosette trajectory Magnetic Resonance Imaging reconstruction is proposed, combining the inverse Fourier transform with a Vision Transformer (ViT) network enhanced with a convolutional layer. This method addresses the challenges of reconstructing high-quality images from non-Cartesian data by leveraging the ViT’s ability to ...

Spin Injection Of Exciton–Polaritons With Halide Perovskites At Room Temperature

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
A monolithic Tamm‐plasmon microcavity embedding a two‐dimensional halide perovskite enables room‐temperature spin injection of exciton‐polaritons under quasi‐resonant optical excitation. Polarization‐resolved spectroscopy reveals partial preservation of the injected spin in the lower polariton branch, while bare excitons remain fully depolarized.
