This paper presents two cases of young children who were treated with simulation‐free radiotherapy. We demonstrate that this workflow is feasible in children requiring palliative radiotherapy with the potential to expedite treatment, reduce procedural burden on the child and their family, and eliminate a general anaesthetic procedure.

Development and Initial Evaluation of an In‐House Paediatric CT Immobilisation Device
Paediatric imaging often requires repeat scans due to motion artefacts, increasing radiation exposure and discomfort. This study developed a cost‐effective in‐house CT immobilisation device, which showed comparable image quality to commercial devices but highlighted the need for improvements in stability and infection control.
