Interface transmigration reprograms triple‐negative breast cancer cells, triggering a shared switch toward more aggressive and invasive phenotypes. 3D Soft Hydrogels Induce Human Mesenchymal Stem Cells “Deep” Quiescence

Three‐dimensional soft hydrogels mimicking the bone marrow niche induce deep quiescence in human mesenchymal stem cells. Unlike 2D culture, 3D matrices halt proliferation, regulate cell‐cycle and quiescence markers, and downregulate mTORC1 signaling, preserving stem cell phenotype and therapeutic potential ex vivo.

Bottom‐Up Programming of Cell States in Cancer Organoids with Defined Synthetic Adhesion Cues

A bottom‐up biomaterial platform is developed to program transcriptomic states in pancreatic cancer organoids by tuning adhesion cues within synthetic matrices.
