Electrical Microneedles for Wound Treatment
A review on state‐of‐art research concerning electrical microneedles applied for wound treatment is presented. After a comprehensive analysis of mechanisms of electrical stimulation on wound healing, the derived three types of electrical microneedles are clarified and summarized. Further, their applications in wound healing are highlighted.

DNA Origami‐Cyanine Nanocomplex for Precision Imaging of KRAS‐Mutant Pancreatic Cancer Cells
DNA origami‐cyanine (Do‐Cy) nanocomplexes are synthesized to selectively image KRAS‐mutant pancreatic cancer cells in the highly desmoplastic tumors. This study shows that the Do‐Cy nanocomplexes are preferentially internalized by cancer cells over other stroma cells via KRAS‐dependent macropinocytosis.

Electrostatic Forces Mediate Fast Association of Calmodulin and the Intrinsically Disordered Regulatory Domain of Calcineurin [PDF]
Intrinsically disordered proteins (IDPs) and proteins with intrinsically disordered regions (IDRs) govern a daunting number of physiological processes. For such proteins, molecular mechanisms governing their interactions with proteins involved in signal transduction pathways remain unclear.

Characterization of free fatty acids photo‐oxidation under UV radiations: A stepwise Raman study
The aim of this paper was to study the photo‐oxidation of fatty acids in its different stages of oxidation by following different descriptors using vibrational spectroscopies: (1) the initiation step which process involves hydrogen abstraction in alpha position, (2) the propagation step where primary oxidation products are formed such as hydroperoxides,

Synthesis and Characterization of Photoswitchable Covalent Ligands for the β2‐Adrenoceptor
A structure‐based design of a covalent photoswitchable ligand for the β2‐adrenergic receptor, a therapeutically relevant GPCR, is described. This tool facilitates the modification of the intrinsic activity of the protein by light. Computational analysis of its mechanism of action suggests that the photoswitch takes place within the binding pocket ...
