Summary Girls and women with bleeding disorders (GWBD) comprise more than half of all registered patients with bleeding disorders in the UK National Haemophilia Database. The gynaecological care of GWBD, until recently, has not been prioritised despite high health burdens, where four of every five patients experience heavy menstrual bleeding (HMB).

Cytochrome P450 1A1 influences obesity‐induced pulmonary hypertension
Background and Purpose The contribution of obesity to pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH) pathophysiology remains poorly understood. Adipose tissue synthesises estrogens via cytochrome P450 (CYP) 19A1 (aromatase), whereas circulating estrogens are metabolised in the lung by CYP1A1.

Using bioinformatic analysis, LCSC models, and transgenic mice, we demonstrate that co‐inhibition of Wnt3a and Loxl2 potently triggers ferroptosis and inhibits orthotopic liver tumorigenesis. The enhanced antitumor effect upon dual targeting, mediated through ZEB1 upregulation, highlights a promising combinatory approach against HCC.

We designed a framework for screening clinical drug combinations with anti‐hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) activity, comprising four parts: primary screening, single‐cell screening, functional validation, and mechanism research. High‐throughput single‐cell screening identifies HY (HHT and YM155) as a potent anti‐HCC drug combination, validated by in ...
