Organoids in pediatric cancer research
Organoid technology has revolutionized cancer research, yet its application in pediatric oncology remains limited. Recent advances have enabled the development of pediatric tumor organoids, offering new insights into disease biology, treatment response, and interactions with the tumor microenvironment.

Transformer Parameter Monitoring and Controlling [PDF]
Distribution transformer is one of the most important equipment in power network. Because of, the large amount of transformer distributed over a wide area in power electric systems, the data acquisition and condition monitoring is important issue. The main purpose of this system is distribution transformer monitoring and controlling through IOT.

The Ile181Asn variant of human UDP‐xylose synthase (hUXS1), associated with a short‐stature genetic syndrome, has previously been reported as inactive. Our findings demonstrate that Ile181Asn‐hUXS1 retains catalytic activity similar to the wild‐type but exhibits reduced stability, a looser oligomeric state, and an increased tendency to precipitate ...

Standard deviations of coordinates due transformation between ellipsoids [PDF]
Transformation between ellipsoids also called datum transformation implies coordinate conversion from one ellipsoid to another ellipsoid, most frequently to be done by Helmert seven-parameter transformation.

Exact supersymmetry on the lattice: the Wess-Zumino model
It is shown that the lattice Wess-Zumino model written in terms of Ginsparg-Wilson fermions is invariant under a generalized supersymmetry transformation which is determined by an iterative procedure in the coupling constant.

Parameter-Efficient Model Adaptation for Vision Transformers
In computer vision, it has achieved great transfer learning performance via adapting large-scale pretrained vision models (e.g., vision transformers) to downstream tasks. Common approaches for model adaptation either update all model parameters or leverage linear probes. In this paper, we aim to study parameter-efficient model adaptation strategies for

We reconstituted Synechocystis glycogen synthesis in vitro from purified enzymes and showed that two GlgA isoenzymes produce glycogen with different architectures: GlgA1 yields denser, highly branched glycogen, whereas GlgA2 synthesizes longer, less‐branched chains.

One-Parameter Transformation Groups in the Plane [PDF]
PROOF. Let xEE. Since x is not fixed under R, there is a closed interval [-a, a ] = T about 0 in R, and an arc CCE, xE C but not an end point of C, such that T2(C) is a compact neighborhood of x and the mapping (t, c)->t(c) is one to one from T2X C-->T2(C). That is, C is a local cross section to the local orbits of T2 [1].

Tau acetylation at K331 has limited impact on tau pathology in vivo
We mapped tau post‐translational modifications in humanized MAPT knock‐in mice and in amyloid‐bearing double knock‐in mice. Acetylation within the repeat domain, particularly around K331, showed modest increases under amyloid pathology. To test functional relevance, we generated MAPTK331Q knock‐in mice.
