Performance of Transformer Models in Readability Assessment
Transformer models have proven to be effective tools when used for determining the readability of texts. Models based on pre-trained architectures such as BERT, RoBERTa, and BART, as well as ReadNet, a transformer model which is dedicated to readability ...

Dimethyl fumarate (DMF) reduces growth of HPV‐positive cervical cancer spheroids and induces ferroptosis in cervical cancer cells via blocking SLC7A11/Glutathione (GSH) axis. Combination of subcytotoxic doses of DMF and cisplatin (CDDP) further suppresses spheroid growth and drives cell death in 2D culture models.

Tumors contain diverse cellular states whose behavior is shaped by context‐dependent gene coordination. By comparing gene–gene relationships across biological contexts, we identify adaptive transcriptional modules that reorganize into distinct vulnerability axes.

Transformer models for educational purposes
The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to project and realize models of transformers in Matlab and Simulink program. Projected models explain the theoretical precondition of the models. The aim is also to create manuals for models usage.

Leveraging Transfer Learning for Hate Speech Detection in Portuguese Social Media Posts
The rapid rise of social media has brought about new ways of digital communication, along with a worrying increase in online hate speech (HS), which, in turn, has led researchers to develop several Natural Language Processing methods for its detection ...

COMP–PMEPA1 axis promotes epithelial‐to‐mesenchymal transition in breast cancer cells
This study reveals that cartilage oligomeric matrix protein (COMP) promotes epithelial‐to‐mesenchymal transition (EMT) in breast cancer. We identify PMEPA1 (protein TMEPAI) as a novel COMP‐binding partner that mediates EMT via binding to the TSP domains of COMP, establishing the COMP–PMEPA1 axis as a key EMT driver in breast cancer.
