Transient absorption of vibrationally excited ice Ih [PDF]
The ultrafast dynamics of HDO:D2O ice Ih at 180K is studied by midinfrared ultrafast pump-probe spectroscopy. The vibrational relaxation of HDO:D2O ice is observed to proceed via an intermediate state, which has a blueshifted absorption spectrum.

Loss of the miR‐214/199a cluster is associated with recurrence in ovarian cancer. Engineered small extracellular vesicles (m214‐sEVs) elevate miR‐214‐3p/miR‐199a‐5p in tumor cells, suppress β‐catenin, TLR4, and YKT6 signaling, reprogram tumor‐derived sEV cargo, reduce chemoresistance and migration, and enhance carboplatin efficacy and survival in ...

We present the first measurement of the vectorial response of strongly dressed helium atoms probed by an attosecond pulse train (APT) polarised either parallel or perpendicular to the dressing field polarisation.

Attosecond transient absorption spectroscopy without inversion symmetry [PDF]
Transient absorption is a very powerful observable in attosecond experiments on atoms, molecules and solids and is frequently used in experiments employing phase-locked few-cycle infrared and XUV laser pulses derived from high harmonic generation.

Keratin 19 (KRT19) is overexpressed in high‐grade serous ovarian cancer with high levels of Kallikrein‐related peptidases (KLK) 4–7 and is associated with poor survival. In vivo analyses demonstrate that elevated KRT19 increases peritoneal tumour burden.

Femto-/nanosecond pulse-induced, red and near-infrared absorption is studied in $\text{LiNb}_{1-x}\text{Ta}_x\text{O}_3$ ( $0\unicode{x2A7D} x \unicode{x2A7D}1$ , LNT) solid solutions with the aim of studying transient optical nonlinearities associated ...

We have established a humanized orthotopic patient‐derived xenograft (Hu‐oPDX) mouse model of high‐grade serous ovarian cancer (HGSOC) that recapitulates human tumor–immune interactions. Using combined anti‐PD‐L1/anti‐CD73 immunotherapy, we demonstrate the model's improved biological relevance and enhanced translational value for preclinical ...

Nonadiabatic effects in attosecond transient absorption spectroscopy
We study effects of nonadiabatic couplings in a model of a diatomic molecule in the context of attosecond transient absorption spectroscopy. By using a model system consisting of four diabatic electronic states and with a variable strength of the ...

Pancreatic sensory neurons innervating healthy and PDAC tissue were retrogradely labeled and profiled by single‐cell RNA sequencing. Tumor‐associated innervation showed a dominant neurofilament‐positive subtype, altered mitochondrial gene signatures, and reduced non‐peptidergic neurons.
