Line Selection Device of Small Current Single-phase Grounding Fault Based on Integrative Line Selection Strategy

open access: yesGong-kuang zidonghua, 2012
For the deficiency of single line selection principle, the paper proposed integrative line selection strategy, namely zero sequence admittance method, zero sequence susceptance increment method and zero sequence conductance method based on steady-state ...

Fault line selection method for distribution network based on measurement of characteristic atom

open access: yesGong-kuang zidonghua, 2017
For problems that fault feature extraction was not enough and fault line selection criterion needs samples with long training time in existing fault line selection methods for distribution network, a fault line selection method for distribution network ...

Investigation of Laser Ablation and Brush Pre‐Treatments for AlCu Cold Roll Bonding in Oxygen‐Free Conditions

open access: yesAdvanced Engineering Materials, EarlyView.
It is shown that laser ablation pretreatment under oxygen‐free conditions enables copper–aluminium bonding at significantly lower deformation degrees and improved properties compared to mechanical brushing. Laser ablation further increases interface contact area and induces favourable residual stress states and microstructural compatibility ...

Management of Zero-Sequence Parameters for Earth Faults on the Power Receiver’s Side in IT-Type Networks

open access: yesEnergies
This study examines the behavior and control of zero-sequence parameters in IT-type electrical networks under conditions of capacitive insulation asymmetry and complex asymmetric faults on the power receiver side.

Investigation of Oxygen‐Free Wetting Behavior of Aluminum on Copper via Molecular Dynamics Simulations and Experiments

open access: yesAdvanced Engineering Materials, EarlyView.
The wettability of aluminum droplets (Al) on different copper substrates (Cu), where liquid Al spreads on solid Cu surfaces to form a liquid–solid interface, is studied numerically and experimentally. The experimental and numerical results show good agreement in the fast‐spreading regime.

Effect of Jitter on the Settling Time of Mesochronous Clock Retiming Circuits

open access: yes, 2019
It is well known that timing jitter can degrade the bit error rate (BER) of receivers that recover the clock from input data. However, timing jitter can also result in an indefinite increase in the settling time of clock recovery circuits, particularly ...

Time‐Dependent Oxidation and Scale Evolution of a Wrought Co/Ni‐Based Superalloy

open access: yesAdvanced Engineering Materials, EarlyView.
This study shows how a new wrought Co/Ni‐based superalloy resists oxidation at 800 ∘$^\circ$C. The oxide scale changes from rough, fast‐growing spinel to a dense, protective chromia–alumina layer. Atom probe analysis reveals tiny refractory‐rich bubbles at the interface that mark the transition to long‐term, diffusion‐controlled protection ...

Faulty Feeder Identification Based on Data Analysis and Similarity Comparison for Flexible Grounding System in Electric Distribution Networks

open access: yesSensors, 2020
Reliability and safety are the most important indicators in the electric system. When a ground fault occurs, the electrical equipment and personnel will be greatly threatened. Due to the zero-sequence voltage/current sensor networks applied in the system,

On the Speed of an Excited Asymmetric Random Walk [PDF]

open access: yes, 2017
An excited random walk is a non-Markovian extension of the simple random walk, in which the walk's behavior at time $n$ is impacted by the path it has taken up to time $n$.
