Bandpass Filter Using Dual Series-Cascaded Ring Resonators with Multiple Transmission Zeros

open access: yes, 2018
© 2018 IEEE. Compact dual series-cascaded ring resonators comprised of three parallel-coupled lines are proposed for design of fifth-order bandpass filter (BPF) with multiple transmission zeros. Two pairs of ±b3λg/4 parallel-coupled lines are cascaded to

Dual‐band bandpass filter based on a single triple‐mode ring resonator

open access: yesElectronics Letters, 2016
A novel dual‐band bandpass filter (BPF) based on a single triple‐mode ring resonator is proposed. The proposed BPF could provide three transmission poles for each passband to improve operating bandwidth.

Triple Junctions as Dislocation‐Like Defects: The Role of Grain Boundary Crystallography Revealed by Experiment and Atomistic Simulation

open access: yesAdvanced Engineering Materials, EarlyView.
Grain boundary triple junctions are an essential ingredient of the microstructure of polycrystalline materials. In this study, a triple junction is observed using atomic‐resolution scanning transmission electron microscopy and characterized. Computer simulations reveal that the junction has a dislocation character that is determined by the joining ...

CASCADED SQUARE LOOP BANDPASS FILTER WITH TRANSMISSION ZEROS FOR LONG TERM EVOLUTION (LTE)

open access: yesJurnal Ilmiah SINERGI, 2018
In this paper, we present a bandpass filter that passed frequency of 1.7 GHz – 1.8 GHz. It is applied for an uplink frequency in 4G 1800MHz. This filter is created by using substrate PCB TMM-10i and has a compact size of 42 mm x 42 mm.

All‐in‐One Analog AI Hardware: On‐Chip Training and Inference with Conductive‐Metal‐Oxide/HfOx ReRAM Devices

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
An all‐in‐one analog AI accelerator is presented, enabling on‐chip training, weight retention, and long‐term inference acceleration. It leverages a BEOL‐integrated CMO/HfOx ReRAM array with low‐voltage operation (<1.5 V), multi‐bit capability over 32 states, low programming noise (10 nS), and near‐ideal weight transfer.

Biomass Native Structure Into Functional Carbon‐Based Catalysts for Fenton‐Like Reactions

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
This study indicates that eight biomasses with 2D flaky and 1D acicular structures influence surface O types, morphology, defects, N doping, sp2 C, and Co nanoparticles loading in three series of carbon, N‐doped carbon, and cobalt/graphitic carbon. This work identifies how these structural factors impact catalytic pathways, enhancing selective electron

A Novel Frequency-Variant Coupling Structure for Compact Inline Filter With Transmission Zeros

open access: yesIEEE Access
This paper introduces novel frequency-variant coupling (FVC) structure in rectangular waveguide. The key feature of this structure is its ability to generate two transmission zeros (TZs) and one pole, reducing by one the number of physical resonators in ...
