B‐cell chronic lymphocytic leukemia (B‐CLL) and monoclonal B‐cell lymphocytosis (MBL) show altered proteomes and phosphoproteomes, analyzed using mass spectrometry, protein microarrays, and western blotting. Identifying 2970 proteins and 316 phosphoproteins, including 55 novel phosphopeptides, we reveal BCR and NF‐kβ/STAT3 signaling in disease ...

Numerical Study of the Lift Enhancement Mechanism of Circulation Control in Transonic Flow
The lift of an aircraft can be effectively enhanced by circulation control (CC) technology at subsonic speeds, but the efficiency at transonic speeds is greatly decreased. The underlying mechanism of this phenomenon is not fully understood. In this study,

Stability of Transonic Shock Solutions for One-Dimensional Euler-Poisson Equations
In this paper, both structural and dynamical stabilities of steady transonic shock solutions for one-dimensional Euler-Poission system are investigated.

A nucleotide‐independent, pan‐RAS‐targeted DARPin elicits anti‐tumor activity in a multimodal manner
We report a Designed Ankyrin Repeat Protein that binds and inhibits RAS proteins, which serve as central cell signaling hubs and are essential for the progression of many cancers. Its unique feature is that it does not discriminate between different RAS isoforms or mutations and is capable of binding to RAS in both its active (GTP‐bound) and inactive ...

Calculation of transonic flows around profiles with blunt and angled leading edges
Transonic flow is a mixed flow of subsonic and supersonic regions. Because of this mixture, the solution of transonic flow problems is obtained only when solving the differential equations of motion with special treatments for the transition from ...

Receptivity and Stability Theory Analysis of a Transonic Swept Wing Experiment
Surface suction provides an efficient way to delay boundary layer transitions. In order to verify the suction effects and determine the mechanism of suction control in transonic swept wing boundary layers, wind tunnel transition measurements in a hybrid ...

Advection-dominated accretion flows with causal viscosity [PDF]
We present the basic equations and sample solutions for the steady-state global transonic solutions of the advection-dominated accretion flows (ADAFs) with a causal viscosity prescription.

Unraveling LINE‐1 retrotransposition in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma
The novel RetroTest method allows the detection of L1 activation in clinical samples with low DNA input, providing global L1 activity and the identification of the L1 source element. We applied RetroTest to a real‐world cohort of HNSCC patients where we reported an early L1 activation, with more than 60% of T1 patients showing L1 activity.

Sensitivity analysis and multi-objective robust design optimization of compact aero-engine nacelles
Future civil aero-engines are expected to feature larger bypass ratios and fan diameters to reduce specific thrust and improve propulsive efficiency, thereby lowering specific fuel consumption. These new configurations introduce design challenges, as the

TRIM24 and TRIM28 are androgen receptor (AR) coregulators which exhibit increased expression with cancer progression. Both TRIM24 and TRIM28 combine to influence the response of castrate‐resistant prostate cancer (CRPC) cells to AR inhibitors by mediating AR signalling, regulation of MYC and upregulating VEGF to promote angiogenesis. Castrate‐resistant
