State Intervention In Public Transportation In Ghana
This paper examines state involvement in Ghana’s public transport delivery. It mainly explores the rationale for the creation of the Metro Mass Transit (MMT) system as a state-backed transit organization despite the Ghanaian Government’s chequered ...

Nitrate transporters and peptide transporters
In higher plants, two types of nitrate transporters, NRT1 and NRT2, have been identified. In Arabidopsis, there are 53 NRT1 genes and 7 NRT2 genes. NRT2 are high‐affinity nitrate transporters, while most members of the NRT1 family are low‐affinity nitrate transporters.

Thermal transport measurements of individual multiwalled nanotubes. [PDF]
The thermal conductivity and thermoelectric power of a single carbon nanotube were measured using a microfabricated suspended device. The observed thermal conductivity is more than 3000 W/K m at room temperature, which is 2 orders of magnitude higher ...

The subfamily C ATP-binding cassette (ABCC) transporters mediate multidrug resistance and ion conductance regulation. Recent atomic or near-atomic resolution structures of three physiologically significant ABCC transporters (MRP1, SUR1, and CFTR), determined by using single-particle cryo-electron microscopy (cryo-EM), reveal structural details that ...

Atmospheric transport is a major pathway of microplastics to remote regions
In recent years, marine, freshwater and terrestrial pollution with microplastics has been discussed extensively, whereas atmospheric microplastic transport has been largely overlooked.

Transport - przewóz w wiekach średnich
Transport aktualny stale, potrzebowali (i potrzebują) go wszyscy, zawsze i wszędzie, w życiu prywatnym i w stosunkach publicznych. Nie mógł nie istnieć również w średniowieczu. Narzucono go oczywiście na ludność zależną.
