Pre‐analytical optimization of cell‐free DNA and extracellular vesicle‐derived DNA for mutation detection in liquid biopsies

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Pre‐analytical handling critically determines liquid biopsy performance. This study defines practical best‐practice conditions for cell‐free DNA (cfDNA) and extracellular vesicle–derived DNA (evDNA), showing how processing time, storage conditions, tube type, and plasma input volume affect DNA integrity and mutation detection.

Example of rational modal split in the transport network technical and economic issues

open access: yesForum Scientiae Oeconomia, 2014
In recent decades, almost all over the world, the issue of sustainable de- velopment has been strongly promoted in the transport policy. Initially, it applied chiefly to creating specific documents defining basic terms, for in- stance Brundtland Report (

Engineered extracellular vesicles enriched with the miR‐214/199a cluster enhance the efficacy of chemotherapy in ovarian cancer

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Loss of the miR‐214/199a cluster is associated with recurrence in ovarian cancer. Engineered small extracellular vesicles (m214‐sEVs) elevate miR‐214‐3p/miR‐199a‐5p in tumor cells, suppress β‐catenin, TLR4, and YKT6 signaling, reprogram tumor‐derived sEV cargo, reduce chemoresistance and migration, and enhance carboplatin efficacy and survival in ...

Somatic mutational landscape in von Hippel–Lindau familial hemangioblastoma

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
The causes of central nervous system (CNS) hemangioblastoma in Von Hippel–Lindau (vHL) disease are unclear. We used Whole Exome Sequencing (WES) on familial hemangioblastoma to investigate events that underlie tumor development. Our findings suggest that VHL loss creates a permissive environment for tumor formation, while additional alterations ...

FRAUDA DOCUMENTARĂ ÎN TRANSPORTUL MARITIM

open access: yesEIRP Proceedings, 2007
The existence of the international trading, involving overseas cargo transport can not be imagined inthe absence of proper transport documents, amongst them Bill of Lading is by far the most important. The continuous increase of the goods speed which are ...

E-Commerce in Ports

open access: yesPromet (Zagreb), 2002
EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) and electronic businessshould be looked upon as a natural evolution in the internationaltrade and transport cycle. One of the principal reasonsfor starting to use EDI are the heaps of documents written, shifted, handled ...

Heterozygous loss‐of‐function alleles associate the conserved 3′‐5′ exoribonuclease EXOSC10 with hypersensitivity to the anticancer drug 5‐fluorouracil

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
EXOSC10, an essential nuclear RNA exosome‐associated 3′‐5′ exoribonuclease, is inhibited by the anticancer drug 5‐fluorouracil (5‐FU), and EXOSC10 depletion increases 5‐FU sensitivity. The colon‐cancer variant EXOSC10S402T, located in a proteolysis motif, is stable and nuclear but nonfunctional in vivo.

Documents Used in International Transport of Goods

open access: yes, 2010
This paper deals with transport documents used in international transport of goods. The most important transport documents in each type of transport (road, ocean and river, railway and air) are introduced.
