Food‐Based Edible Wireless Sensing Device with Isotropic Electromagnetic Response for Gastrointestinal Monitoring

A sensor is fabricated that reflects electromagnetic waves wirelessly using only edible materials. The substrate is made of edible materials such as sugar and starch, and the electrodes are made of gold. This sensor has isotropic electromagnetic wave characteristics in response to rotation.

Millisecond‐Switching Dual‐Band/Dual‐Polarization Ka‐Band Wavefront Control Enabled by a Complementary Liquid‐Crystal Metasurface

An LCD‐compatible complementary liquid‐crystal metasurface delivers dual‐band, dual‐polarized Ka‐band wavefront control with millisecond switching via a 10‐µm LC gap. High‐Transmission Mid‐Infrared Bandpass Filters using Hybrid Metal‐Dielectric Metasurfaces for CO2 Sensing

This article presents a hybrid metal‐dielectric metasurface in transmission mode for mid‐infrared (MIR) spectroscopy. Composed of germanium on aluminium cylinders atop a calcium fluoride substrate, the metasurface achieves 80% transmission efficiency at λ = 2.6 µm with a narrow full‐width‐half‐maximum of 0.4 µm.
