Diethinyl‐Triazolyl‐Phosphinoxide ermöglichen das schnelle, selektive und stabile Rebridging von Antikörper‐Disulfidbrücken, wie am Beispiel eines selektiv wirksamen Antikörper‐Wirkstoff‐Konjugats gezeigt wird.

We report the modular synthesis of unsaturated P5 reagents starting from triethynyl‐phosphine oxide via CuAAC. Diethynyl‐triazolyl‐phosphine oxides enable rapid, selective and stable antibody disulfide rebridging, exemplified by the generation of a potent and selective ADC.
