Reverse Total Shoulder Arthroplasty for a Rare Pathological Fracture of the Proximal Humerus Caused by Marginal Zone Lymphoma: A Case Report

We report a rare pathological proximal humerus fracture caused by marginal zone lymphoma. The patient underwent reverse total shoulder arthroplasty followed by systemic therapy. At 15‐month follow‐up, functional recovery was excellent with no recurrence.
