Universal Conductance Fluctuations in Quantum Anomalous Hall Insulators
Universal conductance fluctuations are observed in mesoscopic quantum anomalous Hall insulators. Two distinct fluctuation patterns are identified, arising from different interference processes of bulk and chiral edge states, respectively. These findings unveil rich quantum interference phenomena in quantum anomalous Hall insulators and provide insights

Traveling Waves and Superposition Demonstration
The applet shows two waves and their superposition. While keeping the parameters for one wave the same, change the parameters for the other wave to create a standing wave. Note that you can't change the speed directly.

Rethinking Charge Transport and Recombination in Donor‐Diluted Organic Solar Cells
Organic solar cells with 1–45% PM6 content in Y12 were studied to link structure and charge dynamics to performance. The conductivity follows a 3D percolation model without a sharp threshold. Donor dilution preserves the photogeneration yield, but limits the fill factor due to transport resistance losses.

Characterization of traveling wave propagation in high voltage power cables
Understanding and mastering the traveling wave propagation characteristics of high voltage cables is a prerequisite for cable fault location, and existing research on traveling wave propagation characteristics mainly focuses on overhead lines, and its ...

Rigidity of Stratospheric Travelling Waves
Abstract We present some rigidity results for travelling waves that propagate zonally in bands of latitude in the stratosphere of the outer planets. Such waves arise as perturbations of a background zonally shear flow. The f-plane and $$\beta $$ β

TSP - Infrastructure for the Traveling Salesperson Problem [PDF]
The traveling salesperson or salesman problem (TSP) is a well known and important combinatorial optimization problem. The goal is to find the shortest tour that visits each city in a given list exactly once and then returns to the starting city.

Generating Unconventional Spin‐Orbit Torques With Patterned Phase Gradients in Tungsten Thin Films
ABSTRACT A key aim in spintronics is to achieve current‐induced magnetization switching via spin‐orbit torques without external magnetic fields. For this, the focus of recent work has been on introducing controlled lateral gradients across ferromagnet/heavy‐metal devices, giving variations in thickness, composition, or interface quality.

Traveling waves and spreading speeds for time-space periodic monotone systems [PDF]
The theory of traveling waves and spreading speeds is developed for time-space periodic monotone semiflows with monostable structure. By using traveling waves of the associated Poincar\'e maps in a strong sense, we establish the existence of time-space ...

Escaping the Scaling Relationships in Oxygen Reduction Catalysis: Implications for PEM Fuel Cells
Escaping the scaling relationships of the oxygen reduction reaction is vital for hydrogen fuel cells. This outlook examines how interfacial heterogeneity, spanning the subsurface lattice, chemisorption layer, and near‐interface solvation volume, mechanistically decouples intermediate binding energetics.
