Organogénesis in-vitro using three tissues types of tree tomato [ Solanum betaceum (Cav.)]
Agronomía Colombiana, 2017 Tree tomato is a fruit with great economic potential due to its high nutritional value. The induction of direct organogenesis in this species is a great alternative for clonal propagation of disease-free plants, and also useful for genetic transformation.

Genetic differentiation and adaptive evolution of buff‐tailed bumblebees in Asia
Insect Science, EarlyView.This study investigates the genetic differentiation and local adaptation of the buff‐tailed bumblebee (Bombus terrestris) across its European and Asian populations. Using whole‐genome resequencing, we identified distinct genetic differences between populations, with Asian B. terrestris representing a unique genetic resource.

Iflaviruses in arthropods: when small is mighty
Insect Science, EarlyView.Many arthropod species harbor iflaviruses, which often cause covert (asymptomatic) infections, but may still affect host fitness. We review the impact of iflaviruses on arthropod fitness, immunity, behaviour as well as the iflavirus’ host range, transmission, tissue tropism and the interactions with other microorganisms within arthropods.
