Ultrasmall Au10–12 Nanoclusters: A Novel Platform for 223Ra‐Targeted Tumor α‐Therapy
Encapsulating 223Ra in Au10‐12 nanoclusters and functionalizing them with RGD peptides enables targeted α‐therapy and immune microenvironment remodeling in non‐osseous tumors like triple‐negative breast cancer. This study establishes a foundational framework for novel 223Ra‐labeled α‐radiopharmaceuticals and shows strong potential for clinical ...

Cyclic 2.5D Perceptual Loss for Cross‐Modal 3D Medical Image Synthesis: T1w MRI to Tau PET
ABSTRACT Positron emission tomography (PET) provides an in vivo molecular marker for various diseases, including Alzheimer's disease and related dementias (ADRD). PET has become increasingly integrated into diagnostic decision‐making, disease staging, and clinical trial enrichment.

Dynamic Alterations of Functional Systems in Alzheimer's Disease: A Co‐Activation Pattern Analysis
State 3 exhibited significantly reduced persistence and resilience in both MCI and AD compared to CU. Individuals with MCI and AD showed reduced transition probability from State 2 to State 5 and decreased self‐transitions in State 3. Graph theoretical results corresponded well to the findings of the above CAP analysis.

Abstract Background Quantitative SPECT in radionuclide‐therapy is limited by partial‐volume effects (PVEs). The implementation of regional voxels (r.v.), estimating mean activity concentrations in regions directly from projections, offers a promising alternative for the geometry‐specification to reduce PVEs.

Intercalation of At‐211 between the layers of K‐ or Cs‐zirconium phosphate. The ion exchange behavior of K‐ and Cs‐derivatives of α‐zirconium phosphate, A‐ZrP, with the targeted alpha therapy (TAT) radionuclide 211At, as At+ and AtO+, has been investigated. The K‐ZrP shows strong affinity for both At+ and AtO+, ≥99% uptake.

Compound Library Screening Identified Cladribine as a Novel Radiosensitizer for Prostate Cancer
The combination of cladribine and irradiation significantly suppressed the growth of DU145‐derived tumors compared with the DMSO plus irradiation group in the mouse model. In addition, it also elevated the percentage of γH2AX‐positive cells after irradiation.
