Entwicklung eines schnellen Bio-Tests zur Untersuchung des Wirkungs-potentials von mikrobiellen Pflanzenstärkungsmitteln [PDF]
Plant-growth-promoting soil microorganisms are increasingly distributed on the world market. Nutrient mobilization, stimulation of root growth, enhanced resistance to envi-ronmental stress factors are discussed as possible mechanisms.

Agro‐biofortification using micronutrient‐rich organic waste products combined with local beneficial microorganisms and mycorrhizal fungi substantially enhanced iron and zinc concentrations in cowpea. Across contrasting seasons, this integrated approach increased Fe by up to 48% in grains and 259% in haulms, and Zn by up to 28% in grains and 265% in ...

Pengendalian Hayati Penyebab Penyakit Rebah Semai Fusarium Subglutinans Dengan Trichoderma Harzianum [PDF]
The mortality of pine seedling in nursery was caused by damping off. Damping off disease is caused by soil borne pathogenic fungus Fusarium subglutinans. To get an effective method in controlling the diseases, is important to understand the effectiveness

Trichoderma harzianum Lip1 gene
An extraordinary panoply of cell-wall degrading enzymes has been related to the mycoparasitism process of Trichoderma sp. However, the role of lipolytic enzymes in this process is less known. The aim of this study is to characterize the first extracellular triacylglicerol lipase described in T. harzianum .

Mycelial dynamics in arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi
Summary Arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi (AMF), similar to other filamentous fungi, develop extensive hyphal networks collectively known as mycelia. AMF mycelia are complemented by a variety of specialized structures such as spores, vesicles, and auxiliary cells, which together form integrated and functionally diverse AMF networks.

Trichoderma harzianum lipolytic enzymes – a contribution
Trichoderma has been related to the mycoparasitism process due to an extraordinary range of cell-wall degrading enzymes (CWDE): chitinases, β-1,3 and β-1,6 glucanases, celulases and proteases. However, the role of lipases and carboxylesterases in this process is less known, although lipids were up to 3% of fungal CW (Feofilova, 2010).

In Peru, cocoa production has increased significantly, thereby establishing a prominent position for this crop in the country’s agricultural landscape. The effect of different pregerminative methods on seed germination of cocoa ecotypes and their influence on seedling development in nursery were evaluated.
