THE ABILITY OF Trichoderma harzianum TO PRODUCE CHITINASE [PDF]
The result showed that optimum temperature for maximum activity of Chitinase was 25 Cº with 2.74 unit/µm/min. while optimum pH for maximum activity Chitinase was 5 with 2.25 unit/µm/min . Significant activities of chitinase was produced by T. harzianum in culture media amended with fresh mycelium of M. phaseolina , where the releasing of reducing sugar

ABSTRACT The soil borne pathogen Rhizoctonia solani AG8 causes Rhizoctonia bare patch disease, a major constraint on global wheat production, particularly in no‐ or minimal ‐till systems. Current control strategies such as crop rotation, chemical fungicides, and tillage provide only partial protection, while fungicides can accelerate resistance ...

Cultivation and Propagation Techniques of Trichoderma harzianum
This research was conducted to determine the effect of temperature on the growth of Trichoderma harzianum. Trichoderma harzianum has functions to prevent the growth of diseases in plants, increase plant growth, and decompose organic matter. The research was conducted at the Phytopathology and Biosystem and Landscape Management Laboratory at SEAMEO ...

The pathogenic fungi, such as Fusarium in the rhizosphere of tomato (Solanum lycopersicum) negatively affects the yield and quality of the plant. A number of biological control agents have been used for protecting tomato plants against wilt diseases including various fungal species. The objective of this study was to evaluate the antagonism effects of

Five sesquiterpene synthases of Psilocybe cubensis were investigated in vitro and in vivo. CubF is a clade I synthase producing α‐muurolol, whereas clade IV synthases CubG1 and CubG2 produce epi‐isozizaene and β‐duprezianene. Further clade IV synthases CubH and CubI primarily make dauca‐4(11),8‐diene and β‐barbatene, respectively.
