Hybrid Steepest Descent Viscosity Method for Triple Hierarchical Variational Inequalities
We consider a triple hierarchical variational inequality problem (in short, THVIP). By combining hybrid steepest descent method, viscosity method, and projection method, we propose an approximation method to compute the approximate solution of THVIP.

Diophantine triples in a Lucas-Lehmer sequence [PDF]
Summary: In this paper, we define a Lucas-Lehmer type sequence denoted by $(L_n)_{n=0}^{\infty}$, and show that there are no integers $0 < a < b < c$ such that $ab + 1, ac + 1$, and $bc + 1$ all are terms of the sequence.

Finding novel vulnerabilities of hypomorphic BRCA1 alleles
Synthetic lethality screens performed to identify novel vulnerabilities often model complete gene loss, thereby overlooking patient‐derived hypomorphic mutations. In this study, we have performed genome‐wide CRISPR screens on BRCA1 hypomorphic mutations, showing BRCA1I26A behaves like wild‐type, while BRCA1R1699Q mimics deficiency. Furthermore, we have

Many patients with urothelial cancer do not benefit from treatment with pembrolizumab, while at risk of severe side effects. Changes in the levels of circulating tumor DNA early during treatment, measured by a simple and affordable assay that can be easily implemented in the clinic, can be used as a prognostic tool to identify these patients.

A Study of Triple Sequence Spaces
We have great pleasure in presenting this text book of mathematics. This book is intended primarily for students of science and engineering. Its aims are, first, to present the fundamental mathematical ideas which underlie the notion of a convergent sequences, and secondly to develop, as far as the small spaces allows, a body of technique and a ...

Triple Sequence Learning for Cross-domain Recommendation
Cross-domain recommendation (CDR) aims at leveraging the correlation of users’ behaviors in both the source and target domains to improve the user preference modeling in the target domain. Conventional CDR methods typically explore the dual-relations between the source and target domains’ behaviors.

MITF maintains genome stability in nonmelanocyte lineages
MITF is essential for melanocyte survival and acts as an oncogene in 10%–20% of melanomas. We show that MITF depletion causes genome instability in nonmelanocytic cells, leading to LATS2‐mediated P53 activation, cell cycle arrest, and apoptosis. This study highlights the role of MITF as a genome maintenance factor beyond the melanocyte lineage. Created

Ascent Sequences Avoiding a Triple of Length-3 Patterns
An ascent sequence is a sequence $a_1a_2\cdots a_n$ consisting of non-negative integers satisfying $a_1=0$ and for $1<i\leq n$, $a_i\leq \text{asc}(a_1a_2\cdots a_{i-1})+1$, where $\text{asc}(a_1a_2\cdots a_k)$ is the number of ascents in the sequence $a_1a_2\cdots a_k$.

The novel styrylquinazolinone‐based molecule W1B effectively suppresses glioblastoma by inhibiting IGF1R and EGFR. In high‐glucose microenvironments driving tumor resistance, W1B acts synergistically with the EGFR inhibitor dacomitinib. This combination safely blocks compensatory survival signaling in zebrafish xenograft models. Showcasing promising in
