A Study of Triple Sequence Spaces

open access: yes
We have great pleasure in presenting this text book of mathematics. This book is intended primarily for students of science and engineering. Its aims are, first, to present the fundamental mathematical ideas which underlie the notion of a convergent sequences, and secondly to develop, as far as the small spaces allows, a body of technique and a ...

Ascent Sequences Avoiding a Triple of Length-3 Patterns

open access: yesThe Electronic Journal of Combinatorics
An ascent sequence is a sequence $a_1a_2\cdots a_n$ consisting of non-negative integers satisfying $a_1=0$ and for $1<i\leq n$, $a_i\leq \text{asc}(a_1a_2\cdots a_{i-1})+1$, where $\text{asc}(a_1a_2\cdots a_k)$ is the number of ascents in the sequence $a_1a_2\cdots a_k$.

On ideal convergence of triple sequences in intuitionistic Fuzzy normed space defined by compact operator

open access: yes, 2021
The main purpose of this article is to introduce and study some new spaces of I-convergence of triple sequences in intuitionistic fuzzy normed space defined by compact operator i.e 3SI (μ,ν)(T ) and 3SI0(μ,ν)(T ) and examine some fundamental properties ...

KDM7A and KDM1A inhibition suppresses tumour promoting pathways in prostate cancer

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Treatment resistance is a major challenge for patients with advanced prostate cancer. This study examined an alternative approach to target the major prostate cancer‐promoting pathway by targeting epigenetic factors, whose levels are higher in tumours.

SOME RESULTS ON ROUGH IDEAL CONVERGENCE OF TRIPLE SEQUENCES IN GRADUAL NORMED LINEAR SPACES

open access: yes, 2023
In the present article, we introduce and investigate the concept of I3 and I ? 3?convergence for triple sequences in gradual normed linear spaces (briefly GNLS). We examine some fundamental features and the interrelationships between the notions.

Heterozygous loss‐of‐function alleles associate the conserved 3′‐5′ exoribonuclease EXOSC10 with hypersensitivity to the anticancer drug 5‐fluorouracil

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
EXOSC10, an essential nuclear RNA exosome‐associated 3′‐5′ exoribonuclease, is inhibited by the anticancer drug 5‐fluorouracil (5‐FU), and EXOSC10 depletion increases 5‐FU sensitivity. The colon‐cancer variant EXOSC10S402T, located in a proteolysis motif, is stable and nuclear but nonfunctional in vivo.

Triple NF-kB binding sites and LTR sequence similarities in HIV-1C isolates irrespective of helminth co-infection

open access: yesParasites & Vectors, 2014
Background Helminth infections as well as structural alternations in the long-terminal repeat (LTR) regions of HIV-1 are known to contribute to elevated HIV RNA level and enhance HIV-1 diseases progression.

Cell‐cycle‐specific lesion evolution rather than inhibition of double‐strand‐break repair underpins cisplatin radiosensitization

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
We analyze cisplatin–DNA adducts (CDAs) and double‐strand breaks (DSBs) in a cell‐cycle‐dependent manner. We find that CDAs form similarly across all cell cycle phases. DSBs arise only in S‐phase. CDAs might not directly impair DSB repair, but S‐phase DSB lesions evolve in the presence of CDAs and disrupt repair in G2, also causing radiosensitization ...

Hijacking emergency granulopoiesis: Neutrophil ontogeny and reprogramming in cancer

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Neutrophils are highly plastic innate immune cells; their functions in cancer extend beyond the tumour microenvironment. This Review summarises current understanding of neutrophil maturation and heterogeneity and highlights tumour‐induced granulopoiesis as a systemic programme that expands immature, immunosuppressive neutrophils via tumour‐derived ...

Symbolic Dynamics, Mixing and Entropy in the Three-Body Problem

open access: yesOpen Astronomy, 2016
We use symbolic dynamics in the classic equal-mass free-fall three-body problem. Different methods for constructing symbolic sequences (in the process of numerical integration of trajectories) allow one to demonstrate (and illustrate on the Agekian ...
