ATF4‐mediated stress response as a therapeutic vulnerability in chordoma
We screened 5 chordoma cell lines against 100+ inhibitors of epigenetic and metabolic pathways and kinases and identified halofuginone, a tRNA synthetase inhibitor. Mechanistically halofuginone induces an integrated stress response, with eIF2alpha phosphorylation, activation of ATF4 and its target genes CHOP, ASNS, INHBE leading to cell death ...

Some Problems and Conjectures About Voloshin Triple Systems
In this paper we give a short survey of Voloshin Triple Systems, which are Steiner Triple Systems with a vertex colouring which colour the blocks using exactly two colours.

Nowcasting in Triple-System Estimation
Multiple systems estimation uses samples that each cover part of a population to obtain a total population size estimate. Ideally, all available samples are used, but if some samples are available (much) later, one may use only the samples that are available early. Under some regularity conditions, including sample independence, two samples are enough

Cell surface interactome analysis identifies TSPAN4 as a negative regulator of PD‐L1 in melanoma
Using cell surface proximity biotinylation, we identified tetraspanin TSPAN4 within the PD‐L1 interactome of melanoma cells. TSPAN4 negatively regulates PD‐L1 expression and lateral mobility by limiting its interaction with CMTM6 and promoting PD‐L1 degradation.

Identifying Hierarchically Triple Star Systems with Gaia DR3 and LAMOST
Triple star systems are critical for understanding stellar dynamics and compact objects in astrophysics, yet confirmed hierarchical triples identified via spectroscopy remain limited.

Periodic Motion and Stability of Gravitational Planar Triple Systems
The stability of gravitational triple systems is a well-known problem in celestial mechanics. The basic model used is the general three body problem (GTBP).

Plecstatin inhibits hepatocellular carcinoma tumorigenesis and invasion through cytolinker plectin
The ruthenium‐based metallodrug plecstatin exerts its anticancer effect in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) primarily through selective targeting of plectin. By disrupting plectin‐mediated cytoskeletal organization, plecstatin inhibits anchorage‐dependent growth, cell polarization, and tumor cell dissemination.

Nanosecond infrared laser (NIRL) low‐volume sampling combined with shotgun lipidomics uncovers distinct lipidome alterations in oropharyngeal squamous cell carcinoma (OPSCC) of the palatine tonsil. Several lipid species consistently differentiate tumor from healthy tissue, highlighting their potential as diagnostic markers.

Approximate Homomorphisms and Derivations on Normed Lie Triple Systems
We investigate the generalized Hyers-Ulam stability of homomorphisms and derivations on normed Lie triple systems for the following generalized Cauchy-Jensen additive equation r0f((s∑j=1pxj+t∑j=1dyj)/r0)=s∑j=1pf(xj)+t∑j=1df(yj), where r0,s, and t are ...
