Abstract Triploidy is an effective tool for producing sterile fishes but often results in impaired performance in commercial aquaculture. In light of this, our study compared the physiological response to exhaustive exercise in juvenile diploid and triploid Arctic charr Salvelinus alpinus, a polar species with great potential for aquaculture.

Abstract Kareius bicoloratus is a commercially important flatfish in Korean coastal fisheries and an ecologically relevant benthic species in nearshore ecosystems. To evaluate how multiple biological and environmental factors jointly shape flatfish morphology, we analysed 81 morphometric indices and two‐dimensional geometric morphometrics (GMM) in wild

The phosphorylation status of the WRKY transcription factor WRKY10/MINI3, controls the timing of endosperm cellularization in Arabiopsis, thus regulating final seed size, offering a molecular understanding that could inform future agricultural breeding strategies. ABSTRACT Seed size is a critical factor in determining crop yield.

Dam removals are increasing globally, yet ecological outcomes vary widely because biological recovery depends on post‐removal connectivity and access to source populations. We evaluated how multiple dam removals and remaining fragmentation influenced fish assemblage recovery in the Cuyahoga River (OH, United States), a historically polluted Great Lakes

Sonographic features of the triploid fetus
The sonographic characteristics of six viable triploid fetuses, with gestational ages ranging from 16 to 33 weeks, are presented. Each pregnancy was associated with decreased amniotic fluid volume, a significant lag in biparietal diameter and femur length, and severe head-to-body disproportion.

ABSTRACT Preeclampsia significantly contributes to maternal and perinatal morbidity and mortality, with twin pregnancies increasing this risk. Severe preeclampsia often requires pregnancy termination to protect maternal health. We report two cases of IVF‐conceived twin pregnancies complicated by early preeclampsia. The first case involved a 34 year‐old
