Genomic Profiling of Pediatric Solid Tumors With a Dual DNA/RNA Panel: JCCG‐TOP2 Study
In the JCCG‐TOP2 nationwide pediatric cancer genomic profiling study, 204 patients' tumors and peripheral blood from 50 institutions across Japan were successfully analyzed using a dual DNA/RNA panel. A total of 147 (72%) had potentially actionable findings, including diagnostic, prognostic, and therapeutic findings in 111 (54%), 61 (30%), and 64 (31%),

Molecular profile of atypical Leydig cell tumours
Copy number variations by themselves are not sufficient to discriminate between benign and potential malignant Leydig cell tumours (LCTs). Genomic instability was only detected in malignant and atypical cases, and not in any benign tumours. Currently, the presence of metastasis remains the only malignant criterion for LCTs.

Growth performance and gonad development in Diploid and Triploid Clarias batrachus (Linnaeus) [PDF]
Full siblings of diploid and triploid walking catfish, Clarias batrachus, were reared in rectangular fibreglass tanks starting at the age of three weeks. Growth performances of diploids and triploids were compared by feeding with a 30% protein diet. At

Fetal ear length (FEL) correlates with gestational age and may help detect chromosomal anomalies. This study developed a nomogram for a Southern European population, showing high measurement reliability. While FEL ≤ 5th percentile increased anomaly risk, its moderate sensitivity and specificity limit clinical utility.
