Global tropospheric ozone dynamics. Part I: Tropospheric ozone precursors.
An overview of the tropospheric ozone changes is presented focussing mainly on the tropospheric ozone precursors. The complexity of the problem is shown through the consideration of a great number of relevant substances, like nitrogen compounds, volatile organic compounds, peroxyacetyl nitrate, hydroxyl radical, carbon monoxide, alkyl nitrates.

ABSTRACT Rationale Clumped isotope geochemistry can reveal the temperatures and chemical pathways at which molecules form, but it remains unexplored for most inorganic systems. Iodate (IO3−) is central to ocean and atmospheric iodine cycling and to tracking radioactive iodine from nuclear activity.

Intercontinental transport of tropospheric ozone: a study of its seasonal variability across the North Atlantic utilizing tropospheric ozone residuals and its relationship to the North Atlantic Oscillation [PDF]
Using the empirically-corrected tropospheric ozone residual (TOR) technique, which utilizes coincident observations of total ozone from the Total Ozone Mapping Spectrometer (TOMS) and stratospheric ozone profiles from the Solar Backscattered ...

Tropospheric ozone columns and ozone profiles for Kyiv in 2007
We report on ground-based FTIR observations being performed within the framework of the ESA-NIVR-KNMI project 2907 entitled "OMI validation by ground based remote sensing: ozone columns and atmospheric profiles" for the purpose of OMI data validation.

CNR Ozone Sounding Merged (COSM) Dataset From Existing Global Archives
The COSM dataset unifies over 101,000 ozonesonde profiles from SHADOZ, NDACC and WOUDC into a harmonized, quality‐controlled archive spanning 1978–2024. It improves global spatial and temporal coverage, supports climate and chemistry studies, and provides a robust resource for satellite validation, model evaluation and trend analysis.

An Extension of Ozone Profile Retrievals from TROPOMI Based on the SAO2024 Algorithm
We investigate the retrieval of ozone (O3) profiles, with a particular focus on tropospheric O3, from backscattered ultraviolet radiances measured by the TROPOspheric Monitoring Instrument (TROPOMI), using the UV2 (300–332 nm) and UV3 (305–400 nm ...

The vertical distribution of ozone instantaneous radiative forcing from satellite and chemistry climate models [PDF]
We evaluate the instantaneous radiative forcing (IRF) of tropospheric ozone predicted by four state-of-the-art global chemistry climate models (AM2-Chem, CAM-Chem, ECHAM5-MOZ, and GISS-PUCCINI) against ozone distribution observed from the NASA ...

Reaction Rate Coefficients and Adduct Formation in the Cl Atom + (E)‐CF3CF2CH=CHCF2CF3 Reaction
ABSTRACT In this work, rate coefficients for the Cl‐atom + (E)‐CF3CF2CH═CHCF2CF3 (HFO‐153‐10mczz, F22E) gas‐phase reaction were measured as a function of temperature and pressure, k(243–323 K, 50–300 Torr), using a pulsed laser photolysis‐resonance fluorescence (PLP‐RF) technique.
