ABSTRACT Objectives The association between exposure to dinutuximab beta (DB) and event‐free survival (EFS) or overall survival (OS) of neuroblastoma patients was assessed using data collected during three clinical trials (five cohorts). Methods A systematic review (March 2026) was conducted to identify relevant studies (prospective; registered DB ...

Structural insights into an engineered feruloyl esterase with improved MHET degrading properties
A feruloyl esterase was engineered to mimic key features of MHETase, enhancing the degradation of PET oligomers. Structural and computational analysis reveal how a point mutation stabilizes the active site and reshapes the binding cleft, expading substrate scope.

Truncated Power-Normal Distribution with Application to Non-Negative Measurements
This paper focuses on studying a truncated positive version of the power-normal (PN) model considered in Durrans (1992). The truncation point is considered to be zero so that the resulting model is an extension of the half normal distribution.

Non-convex perturbation to evolution problems involving Moreau’s sweeping process
Along this paper, we study an evolution inclusion governed by the so-called sweeping process. The right side of the inclusion contains a set-valued perturbation, supposed to be the external forces exercised on the system.

Metrics, Noise Propagation Models, and Design Framework for Floating-Point Approximate Computing
Approximate computing has emerged as an efficient solution for energy saving at the expense of calculation accuracy, especially for floating-point operation intensive applications, which have urgent demands for some uniform design frameworks for floating-

Degradation mechanism of the von Willebrand factor A2 domain by nattokinase
Nattokinase, a natto‐derived protease, exhibits potent antithrombotic effects. This study demonstrates that nattokinase directly cleaves the von Willebrand factor (vWF) A2 domain in vitro. Unlike the native regulator ADAMTS13, nattokinase degrades folded vWF independently of shear stress.

Bt Toxin Modification for Enhanced Efficacy
Insect-specific toxins derived from Bacillus thuringiensis (Bt) provide a valuable resource for pest suppression. Here we review the different strategies that have been employed to enhance toxicity against specific target species including those that ...

Inositol pyrophosphates are energy‐rich signaling molecules that perform critical functions in cells. Three different families of phosphatases hydrolyze the β phosphate of the inositol pyrophosphate molecules: two have narrow specificities and one is promiscuous.

Noun complement clauses as referential modifiers
A number of recent analyses propose that so-called noun complement clauses should be analyzed as a type of relative clause. In this paper, I present a number of complications for any analysis that equates noun complement clauses to relative clauses, and ...
