Respirology Case Reports, Volume 14, Issue 10, October 2026.Our case describes a rare lung co‐infection caused by Aspergillus and Mucorales in a 61‐year‐old man with uncontrolled diabetes and chronic kidney disease. The diagnosis was made by BAL PCR and biopsy. Despite antifungal treatment, the patient worsened and died.
