The Relationship Between Pulmonary Spiculation and Central Fibrosis, Along With Other Clinicopathological Features, in Invasive Lung Adenocarcinoma and Its Prognostic Significance

Although spiculation in IAC reflects tumor aggressiveness, its prognostic value is associated with central fibrosis subtypes. Spiculation driven by collagenous hyperplasia correlates with poorer outcomes, whereas spiculation associated with extensive alveolar collapse serves as a protective factor.

Synchronous Surgical Therapy for Bilateral Multiple Pulmonary Nodules: A Single‐Center Analysis of 108 Cases

The study included 108 patients admitted to Peking University Third Hospital from January 2015 to December 2025. The most common surgical combination was wedge resection + wedge resection (44.4%). The mean postoperative hospital stay was 6.55 ± 3.03 days. Severe complications Less than 5%. No 30‐day mortality or unplanned secondary surgery.
