We report a paediatric case of tuberculous coxitis initially misdiagnosed as septic arthritis, resulting in delayed diagnosis and joint destruction. Molecular testing confirmed Mycobacterium tuberculosis, and the patient underwent anti‐TB therapy and surgical intervention.
