Next‐Generation Bio‐Reducible Lipids Enable Enhanced Vaccine Efficacy in Malaria and Primate Models
Structure–activity relationship (SAR) optimization of bio‐reducible ionizable lipids enables the development of highly effective lipid nanoparticle (LNP) mRNA vaccines. Lead LNPs show superior tolerability and antibody responses in rodents and primates, outperforming approved COVID‐19 vaccine lipids.

PURH is constructed by a five‐layer upconversion nanoparticle (UCNP) surface coated with mesoporous silica, which encapsulates rose bengal (RB) within the mesoporous channels. Additionally, CpG oligonucleotides (CpG ODN) is linked to the surface, followed by the surface functionalization of hyaluronic acid (HA). This spatiotemporally controllable smart

Tuberculosis (TB) is still one of the leading causes of death from a single infectious agent, killing 1.6 million people each year, mostly in developing countries. The existing vaccines, Bacille Calmette and Guerin (BCG), are efficient in preventing the most severe disseminated forms of disease in children and newborns, but its efficacy against active ...

Pulmonary Tuberculosis: The Great Mimicker of Lung Cancer
Computed tomography (CT) scan of the chest with contrast indicating a soft tissue density in the left upper lobe. ABSTRACT Though tuberculosis (TB) is an ancient pathogen, diagnosis remains challenging. Distinguishing pulmonary tuberculoma, a rare manifestation of TB, from lung cancer is critical.

ABSTRACT In endemic areas, acute undifferentiated febrile illness has a wide differential with overlapping features that can lead to misdiagnosis. Although triple co‐infection with scrub typhus, dengue, and leptospirosis is extremely rare, high clinical suspicion and early detection are vital to avoid delayed treatment, multi‐organ dysfunction, and ...
