ABSTRACT Polymeric zein nanoparticles (ZNP), derived from corn protein, are biodegradable drug carriers with high stability and low synthesis costs. Their amphiphilic nature allows efficient encapsulation of both hydrophilic and lipophilic drugs, making them promising for drug delivery.

Hemos realizado el estudio de los mecanismos de fijación de CO2 en el tumor ascítico de Ehrlich, obteniendo los siguientes resultados: 1. La ribosa-5-fosfato produjo un ligero efecto estimulante de la fijación de C14O2; sin embargo, no pudo aislarse ácido 3-fosfoglicérico radioactivo en condiciones en que se favoreció su acumulación. 2.

The Therapeutic Potential of Farm Dust Extracts in a Mouse Model of Eosinophilic Inflammation

Farm dust extract (FDE) treatment reduces airway eosinophilia, mucus overproduction, and MHC‐II expression on DCs, limiting antigen presentation and Th2 inflammation. It increases PD‐L1 on DCs, promoting T cell deactivation. Additionally, FDE enhances Tregs and upregulates CTLA‐4, reinforcing suppression.

Induction of IL‐9‐producing CD8+ T cells by ascochlorin derivatives

A newly synthesised ascochlorin derivative, N184, induces small amounts of IL‐9‐producing CD8+ T cells. N184 improved the survival of CD8+ T cells and enhanced their antitumour activity, partially in an IL‐9‐dependent manner. The antitumour effect was completely dependent on IFNγ secretion rather than the cytotoxic activity of CD8+ T cells.
