Os tumores de Klatskin são colangiocarcinomas hilares originados na bifurcação do ducto hepático principal. Atualmente a maioria dos tratamentos é paliativa.

Genome sequencing identifies complex structural MLH1 variant in unsolved Lynch syndrome
Molecular Genetics &Genomic Medicine, Volume 11, Issue 6, June 2023., 2023 A family with Lynch syndrome is presented by this article. Standard diagnostic tests, such as panel or exome sequencing, were unable to detect the underlying copy‐number neutral structural genetic variant in MLH1. This case aims to illustrate the advantages of clinical genome sequencing in routine diagnostics in detecting structural variants.
