From omics to AI—mapping the pathogenic pathways in type 2 diabetes
Integrating multi‐omics data with AI‐based modelling (unsupervised and supervised machine learning) identify optimal patient clusters, informing AI‐driven accurate risk stratification. Digital twins simulate individual trajectories in real time, guiding precision medicine by matching patients to targeted therapies.

Hubungan antara Tumor Necrosis Factor Alpha dengan Demam Berdarah Dengue
Latar belakang.

The relationships between eicosanoid production and pro-inflammatory cytokines [PDF]
Explores alternate strategies that may alter inflammatory cytokine production, particularly tumour necrosis factor α [tumor necrosis factor-alpha], and therefore provide a possible treatment for rheumatoid arthritis.Thesis (Ph.D.) -- University of ...

Breast cancer metastasis is associated with myeloid cell dysregulation and the lung‐specific accumulation of tumor‐supportive Gr1+ cells. Gr1+ cells support metastasis, in part, through a CHI3L1‐mediated mechanism, which can be targeted and inhibited with cargo‐free, polymeric nanoparticles.

RKIP, a metastasis suppressor protein, modulates key oncogenic pathways in lung adenocarcinoma. In silico analyses linked low RKIP expression to poor survival. Functional studies revealed RKIP overexpression reduces tumor aggressiveness and enhances sensitivity to EGFR‐targeted therapies, while its loss promotes resistance.
