Ceramic‐based V2O5/Fe3O4 hybrid films are shaped into butterfly‐proboscis‐inspired microscroll actuators. Magnetic triggering initiates unrolling, while geometry‐programmed elastic strain energy drives rapid recoil, enabling fast, reversible, durable, and load‐bearing actuation under near‐field magnetic stimulation.

Corrosion of twin belt and twin roll cast AlMg3Mn alloys
Corrosion of twin belt and twin roll cast AlMg3Mn sheet samples was investigated. The AlMg3Mn sheet samples submitted to immersion tests undergo alkaline pitting around Al–Fe and αc-Al(Fe,Mn)Si intermetallic particles in the twin roll and twin belt cast samples respectively.

Rapid thiol‐maleimide addition frequently outpaces mixing, resulting in heterogeneous hydrogels. S‐nitrosothiols act as thiol‐protecting groups, allowing uniform mixing with maleimide‐functionalized polymers before gelation. Sodium thiosulfate or sodium ascorbate then regenerates thiols on demand, triggering controlled thiol‐maleimide crosslinking ...
