Robotic Interventional Needle Insertion Assisted by a Cable‐Driven Parallel Robot
This article presents a body‐mounted cable‐driven parallel robot assisting the needle insertion procedure designated for automated interventional pain therapy. The 3D‐printed robot body and multiple thin cables can achieve high X‐ray compatibility for intervention. The robot performs full 6‐degree of freedom needle insertion and remote center of motion

The Heisenberg‐RIXS instrument at the European XFEL
The aim of this work is to present Heisenberg RIXS at the European XFEL, the first high‐resolution soft X‐ray instrument enabling time‐resolved resonant inelastic X‐ray scattering close to the transform limit from solid and liquid‐jet samples. The optical design, mechanical layout and performance are described in detail and discussed in a broader ...

Development of the ECAT Preprocessor with the Trust Communication Approach
In the past several years, attacks over industrial control systems (ICS) have become increasingly frequent and sophisticated. The most common objectives of these types of attacks are controlling/monitoring the physical process, manipulating programmable controllers, or affecting the integrity of software and networking equipment.

Abstract This article investigates the effect of different drilling forces on drill bit wear and their effects on drilling time within the context of the development of a drilling robot for on‐site construction applications. The study explores variations in three force levels (80, 120, 160 N), three directional orientations (upwards, downwards ...

Minimum Energy Trajectory Optimization for Driving Systems of Palletizing Robot Joints
Palletizing robot is widely used in logistics operation. At present, people pay attention to not only the loading capacity and working efficiency of palletizing robots, but also the energy consumption in their working process. This paper takes MD1200‐YJ palletizing robot as the research object and studies the problem of low energy consumption ...
