This work aims to develop a generalised and efficient semi‐analytical method that combines the Laplace decomposition method with Pade approximation (LDMPA) to solve multidimensional nonlinear integro‐partial differential equation. For a one‐dimension case, explicit (closed‐form) solutions for the number density functions are derived for the first time.

Distributions of Functionals of the two Parameter Poisson-Dirichlet Process [PDF]
The present paper provides exact expressions for the probability distribution of linear functionals of the two–parameter Poisson–Dirichlet process. Distributional results that follow from the application of an inversion formula for a (generalized) Cauchy–

Laplace transform of spherical Bessel functions
We provide a simple analytic formula in terms of elementary functions for the Laplace transform j̃l(p) of the spherical Bessel function than that appearing in the literature, and we show that any such integral transform is a polynomial of order l in the ...

Subspace Acceleration for Efficient Nonlinear Water Wave Simulation
We introduce an exponentially weighted subspace acceleration technique to reduce GMRES iterations for solving the Poisson equation with time‐dependent coefficients in nonlinear, dispersive free‐surface flows governed by the incompressible Navier‐Stokes equations. The method significantly reduces memory requirements and computational complexity compared

DSGE Model Forecasting: Rational Expectations Versus Adaptive Learning
ABSTRACT This paper compares within‐sample and out‐of‐sample fit of a DSGE model with rational expectations to a model with adaptive learning. The Galí, Smets, and Wouters model is the chosen laboratory using quarterly real‐time euro area data vintages, covering 2001Q1–2019Q4.

A Neutrosophic Solution of Heat Equation by Neutrosophic Laplace Transform [PDF]
This article aims to study the one-dimensional neutrosophic heat equation. In this study, we discuss the one-dimensional heat equation using neutrosophic numbers and provide numerical example to demonstrate the effectiveness of the neutrosophic Laplace ...

New Drain Spacing Formulas Using the Variational Iteration Method
ABSTRACT In this study, the drain spacing is computed using the variational iteration method (VIM) to the linearized Boussinesq equation. By applying at most two iterations of the VIM method under three different initial condition scenarios, three equations for drain spacing calculation were derived. These equations predict values of drain spacing that
