Finitely valued commutator sequences [PDF]
If x and y are elements in the group G, then we denote their commutator by x o y = x-1y-1 = x-1xy; and x o G is the set of all commutators x o g with g G. A G-commutator sequence is a series of elements ci G with c1 + 1 ci O G. Slightly generalizing well

Abstract Background The triglyceride‐glucose body mass index (TyG‐BMI) is a novel indicator combining an insulin resistance proxy (TyG index) with adiposity. It remains unclear how TyG‐BMI relates to long‐term mortality risk in postmenopausal women, a group prone to metabolic changes after menopause.

ABSTRACT Background Sarcopenic obesity (SO) is closely associated with mild cognitive impairment (MCI). However, traditional body composition‐based diagnostic criteria for SO fail to adequately incorporate insulin resistance, a key pathophysiological mechanism.

Among 5307 southern Chinese adults, higher TyG index and mINFLA score were associated with increased HUA risk and serum UA levels (p trend < 0.001). A significant interaction was observed between these two indicators. Notably, the TyG index mediated 15.4% of the mINFLA‐HUA association and 14.5% of the mINFLA‐UA association.

Background The triglyceride–glucose (TyG) index and triglyceride–glucose/body mass index (TyG–BMI) have been shown to be associated with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disorders and the risk of death.

Background This study investigated and compared the abilities of the triglyceride glucose index (TyG) and its correlated factors involving TyG-body mass index (TyG-BMI), TyG-waist-to-height ratio (TyG-WHtR), and TyG-waist circumference (TyG-WC) to ...

BackgroundThe Triglyceride-Glucose (TyG) index has been recognized as an independent predictor of cardiovascular disease (CVD) risk. However, the combined effect of TyG index with obesity indices, such as body mass index (BMI), waist circumference (WC ...
